Why has my membership been upgraded?

Our National Online Safety training has now officially become part of our membership to The National College. This will ensure we can provide one easy-to-use professional development platform to all our members.

Will I still have access to online safety training?

Yes, of course. Everything you had access to through your online safety membership stays the same – but now you’ve got a whole lot more.

Are my login details the same?

Yes, all your login details are the same, however, you and your staff now have unlimited access to all our training and resources.

What additional features and benefits do I get as part of the upgrade?

Your upgrade to a membership with The National College includes:

  • Every course you need to meet statutory and Ofsted compliance
  • Thousands of role-specific webinars to upskill all staff, across all areas
  • Brand-new CPD every month in line with policy, practice and research
  • Insight and opinion from all of our world-leading experts and institutions
  • Full access to all management tools to help you simplify your CPD admin

How do we make the most of the platform?

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sending you a series of emails with helpful videos, webinars and general support so your school can make the most of the platform.

How is the upgrade different to what I already have?

Your upgraded membership includes full access to all our CPD (excluding our DfE-funded senior mental health lead courses).

Do I have to pay extra for the upgrade?

Up until your renewal date, you and all your staff will have full access to all The National College training and resources at no extra cost, including all of our online safety training content you’ve already been using.

As we’ll be discontinuing our National Online Safety membership, your renewal will be for our membership to The National College. However, don’t worry, as a valued customer we’ll be offering you an exclusive discount when your renewal time comes.

Can I cancel my membership?

As per our terms and conditions, our annual memberships automatically renew on the same date each year.

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so by getting in touch with us via email at accounts@nationaleducationgroup.com, 30 days before your renewal date. Your renewal date will be the same date of purchase every year.

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel renewals if you don’t contact us via the method above.

We can only discuss membership cancellations with the designated membership holder on the account.

When will we be made aware of our renewal date?

You’ll receive your first invoice reminder 45 days before your renewal date.
