The purpose of this Fair Use Policy is to ensure that all the Users have fair and equal access to the Service, while preventing abuse or misuse of the Service, even by those Users who have subscribed to an unlimited plan of the Service.

Applicability of this Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Use Policy applies to all use of the Service by you, including if you have subscribed for an unlimited membership. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Fair Usage Policy. Further, this Fair Usage Policy constitutes a part of the Terms, and you are deemed to accept the Fair Usage Policy by virtue of accepting the Terms.

Usage Limits

Generative AI Tokens

The Service contains many features with varying effects on shared processing resources and data generation. Under this Fair Usage Policy, we establish—in our sole discretion— “outer-bound” parameters.

Each AI response generated through the Teacher and Leader Ai Service consumes a specific number of tokens, which corresponds to the amount of text or data processed. To maintain a fair distribution of resources, we have implemented reasonable usage limits for all Users. 

Basic user –TBA tokens/month
Premium user – TBA tokens/month
Enterprise / Whole School model –tokens/month per member

If your Service usage exceeds the limits of your plan, we will contact you about upgrading your subscription plan. We may also provide a custom plan if your specific scenario does not fit our standard pricing model

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or additional charges.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All use of the Platform must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including copyright, privacy, and data protection laws. Violation of any law or regulation while using the Platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of our Services.

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the Platform. This includes not using the Platform to create, distribute, or promote content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Account Suspension or Termination

Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform. We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion. This may involve investigating potential violations, cooperation with law enforcement authorities to investigate suspected criminal violations and legal action against users who violate this Fair Usage Policy.
