Purpose of the Fair Usage Policy

The purpose of this Fair Use Policy is to ensure that all Users have fair and equal access to the Service, while preventing abuse or misuse of the Service.

Usage Limits

The AI service uses shared processing resources. To ensure that we can provide this service to everyone on a reliable and cost-effective basis, we may impose limits on the volume of “tokens” that any particular customer or user may use. These limits will usually be calculated on a monthly basis.

Tokens are consumed based on the nature and quantity of data processed through the AI service.

If a customer or user reaches the limit, we may limit or suspend use of the AI service until the end of the applicable month, when the token quota resets.

If you consistently exceed the volume of tokens permitted by our Fair Usage Policy, we may contact you about upgrading your subscription plan. However, our decision as to whether or not to offer you an upgraded subscription plan with a greater usage allowance is entirely at our discretion.

The volume of tokens which can be used by any particular customer or user is set entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to change the allocated volume at any time for any reason without notice to you.  

Policy Updates

We may revise this Fair Usage Policy from time to time and will post the updated Fair Usage Policy on our website in place of the old Fair Usage Policy. The revised Fair Usage Policy applies to any usage of the AI service after it is posted.
